Registered Community Design Renewal Guidelines

The purpose of these Guidelines is to indicate the practice of the OHIM with regard to the regulations on the Community Design, including the term of protection, notification of expiry of registration, fees and other formal requirements, procedure before the office, entries in the register and the date of effect of renewal or expiry.
