Commission Regulation (EC) No 329/2000 of 11 February 2000 amending Regulation (EC) No 1238/95 establishing implementing rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 2100/94 as regards the fees payable to the Community Plant Variety Office

This Regulation lays down a reduction in the level of certain fees charged to applicants for and holders of Community plant variety rights, justified in order to minimise cases of dispute. The description of genera or species on which the categorisation of varieties is based (into one of the three exemption fee groups) requires greater precision.
