Treaty on Intellectual Property in Respect of Integrated Circuits

This Treaty constitutes a union obligating the contracting parties to protect layout-designs (topographies) which comprise an element of integrated circuit. It sets out the necessary provisions on the legal form of the protection of Integrated Circuits, the scope and duration of their protection, as well as exploitation, registration and disclosure.
