Provisions for the Industry and Commerce Administrations on the Prohibition of Abuse of Dominant Market Position

Promulgated by SAIC on 31 December 2010 and effective as of 1 February 2011 with 19 articles stipulating the restraining of monopolistic agreement conducts; mainly contains the conception of dominant market position, the cognisance of dominant market position, the presumption and rebuttal of dominant market position, the behavior of abusing dominant market position, the factors to be considered in legitimate reasons, etc.
