Announcement of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce on Requesting Public Comment on the Provisions of the Administrative Authorities for Industry and Commerce on Prohibiting the Abuse of Intellectual Property Rights to Preclude or Restrict Competition (Consultation Paper)
To increase the operability of the Anti-Monopoly Law and enhance the transparency of law enforcement against monopoly, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (“SAIC”) has drafted the Provisions of the Administrative Authorities for Industry and Commerce on Prohibiting the Abuse of Intellectual Property Rights to Preclude or Restrict Competition (Consultation Paper), on which public comment is hereby requested.
