Several Provisions on Prohibiting Infringements upon Trade Secrets

Promulgated by SAIC on 3 December 1998 and effective as of the same day with 12 articles stipulating the prohibition of infringement on trade secrets, and mainly contains the definition of trade secret, the right holder, the acts of infringement, the competent authorities and the penalty provisions.
