Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Issues concerning the Jurisdiction over Trademark Cases and Application of Law after the Entry into Force of the Decision on Amending the Trademark Law(No. 4 [2014] of the Supreme People's Court, adopted at the 1,606th meeting of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court on February 10, 2014)For the correct trial of trademark cases, this Interpretation on the jurisdiction, application of law, and other issues related to trademark cases before the people's courts is developed in accordance with the Decision on Amending the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China as adopted at the 4th session of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth National People's Congress on August 30, 2013, the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China as reissued, the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Litigation Law of the People's Republic of China, and other laws.
