Tentative Provisions on Applications by Applicants of Taiwan for the Rights of New Plant Varieties in the Mainland

Released by the Ministry of Agriculture and State Forestry Administration on 22 November 2010, this regulation applies to applications from Taiwan to the mainland authorities in charge of approving new varieties of plants, including the application documents, claiming priority, novelty, application procedures etc.
