Regulation of the People`s Republic of China on Protection of New Varieties of Plants

Promulgated by the State Council on 20 March 1997 and effective as of 1 October 1997, with 46 articles stipulating the protection of new varieties of plants, and mainly contains the general provisions, content and ownership of rights, conditions for granting rights, application and receipt.
