Several Provisions of the State Intellectual Property Office on Patent Applications of Taiwan Compatriots

The Several Provisions on Patent Applications of Taiwan Compatriots, as deliberated and adopted at the executive meeting of the State Intellectual Property Office, are hereby promulgated and shall come into force on November 22, 2010. These Provisions are formulated to facilitate Taiwan compatriots' filing applications for patents with the State Intellectual Property Office.
