China Internet Domain Name Regulations

Promulgated by MIIT on 5 November 2004 and effective as of 20 December 2004 with 45 articles stipulating the administration of Internet domain names; mainly contains the general provisions, application, domain name registration, domain name disputes, as well as the penalty provisions.
