Provisions on Prohibiting the Abuse of Intellectual Property Rights to Preclude or Restrict Competition

The State Administration of Industry and Commerce (SAIC) has released the final Provisions on Prohibiting the Abuse of Intellectual Property Rights to Preclude or Restrict Competition on April 7, 2015.
