Provisions on the Administration of Marks of Origin

In order to strengthen the administration of marks of origin, regulate the use of marks of origin and protect the lawful rights and interests of manufacturers, operators and consumers, these Provisions are formulated according to the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, namely the Law of the People Republic of China on the Inspection of Import and Export Commodities, its Implementation Regulations, and the Rules of the People's Republic of China on Place of Origin of Export Goods, and of international treaties and agreements such as the Agreement on the Rules on Place of Origin of the World Trade Organization, etc.
