Regulation on Telecommunications of the People's Republic of China

The Regulation on Telecommunications of the People's Republic of China has been adopted at the 31st regular meeting of the State Council on September 20, 2000 and is published on 25 September 2000. This regulation is formulated to regulate the order of the telecommunications market, to protect the lawful rights and interests of telecommunications users and service providers and to ensure the safety of telecommunications network and information so as to promote the healthy develpment of telecommunications.
