Provisions for the Industry and Commerce Administrations to Stop Acts of Abusing Administrative Power for the Purpose of Eliminating or Limiting Competition

Promulgated by SAIC on 31 December 2010 and effective as of 1 February 2011 with 13 articles stipulating the restraining of monopolistic agreement conducts; they lists the managers' behavior of monopoly under Administrative Enforcement, and make rules that Administration for Industry & Commerce can propose to the senior government on this kinds of behavior.
