Regulation of the People’s Republic of China on the Customs Protection of Intellectual Property Rights (2010)

Legislation adopted on 12 December 2003 by State Council in Order of the State Council No.395, revised by State Council on 24 March 2010 and effective as of 1 April 2010; regulating the protection practices of customs on the right to exclusive use of trademarks, copyrights and copyright-related rights, patent rights etc which are related to the import and export of goods and protected by the laws and administrative regulations of China.
