Regulations of the People`s Republic of China on Customs Protection of Intellectual Property Rights

Promulgated by the State Council on 2 December 2003 effective as of 1 March 2004 with 33 articles stipulating the customs protection of IPR, and mainly contains the general provisions, the archival filing of IPR, the application for and handling of detainment of suspected infringing goods.
