The Decision of the National People's Congress on Amending the Criminal Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, as adopted at the 5th session of the Eleventh National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on March 14, 2012, is hereby issued and shall come into force on January 1, 2013.
