Decision of the National People`s Congress on Revising the Criminal Procedure Law

Legislation adopted at the Fourth Session of the Eighth National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China on 17 March 1996, promulgated and entered into force as of 1 January 1997 with 452 articles and 6 amendments governing criminal IP infringements among other criminal offences; stipulating an exclusive list of specific IP and unfair competition infringements.
