Beijing Sursen Digital Technology Co., Ltd. v. Zheng Chensi - Case on Copyright Infringement (Appeal)

The defendant provides the service of a digital library and used the work of the plaintiff without permission. The court decided that even though there are necessary restrictions on the scope and method of the application of the work, the defendant is a commercial organisation, and the restriction of simultaneous access for only three or less people does not constitute the reasonable use of copyright.
