Welcome to the February edition of the IP Key e-newsletter. Once again, we would like to wish you an excellent and fresh new start in the year of the Rooster!

This semester sees a raft of new activities including, but not limited, to judicial training with the Supreme People’s Court, peer to peer discussions with the Legislative Affair Commission of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (LAC) on the ongoing draft of the e-commerce law, further support to the EU-China Customs Action Plan and advancing discussions on China’s accessing to UPOV ’91 with the Ministry of Agriculture and the State Forestry Administration.
