Technical Experts in Intellectual Property

IP Key is looking to build a database of European and Chinese IP specialists to use as a source of potential short-term experts on IP Key activities. If you would like to be included in this database, please send your CV to hr@ipkey.org. Please note that inclusion in the database does not guarantee a contract.
 
For work in countries other than China, the European Observatory on Infringements of Intellectual Property Rights has launched a call for expressions of interest for experts in IPR and IP enforcement.Please note that inclusion in either database does not guarantee a contract.
 
Provision of CN/EN/CN Translations
 
IP Key strives to provide information to EU stakeholders on enacted IP laws and regulations in the PRC and to facilitate their commenting when those undergo a review. In order to increase efficiency, we are building a database of interested parties which could be willing to provide an [English] translation of such drafts/ laws/ regulations, and to have this translation shared for:
  • commenting purposes and/ or
  • publication on the IP Law Search (a database established by the EU-China IPR2 Project (2007-2011) and soon maintained by IP Key)
