Provision of CN/EN/CN Translations
IP Key strives to provide information to EU stakeholders on enacted IP laws and regulations in the PRC and to facilitate their commenting when those undergo a review. In order to increase efficiency, we are building a database of interested parties which could be willing to provide an [English] translation of such drafts/ laws/ regulations, and to have this translation shared for:
commenting purposes and/ or
publication on the IP Law Search (a database established by the EU-China IPR2 Project (2007-2011) and soon maintained by IP Key)
